Are your products guaranteed?
|
Yes. We only sell high quality product and we guarantee you will be happy with it. We will refund your money if the item is damaged or defective. Returns for other reasons are handled on a case by case basis. Please email your concern and we will resolve them.

What is your return policy?
|
If you receive your item damaged or defective, we will refund your money less the shipping & handling paid. We require notification and return within 10 business days of receipt. Your notification email should state in the Subject Line that you are returning the item and the item number. Please list the order number and your reason for the return. You will be contacted promptly with instructions on how and where to send the item and will receive an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are shipping only in the USA.

How long does it usually take to get my order?
|
We ship within 5-7 days of receiving your order. Actual delivery times are dependent on the shipping company.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
|
Only Texas residents pay sales tax at 8.25%. Your tax will be calculated for you and added to your order. Currently purchases made over the internet other than those in my home state are tax free.
