While it has been a very hectic Holiday season so far ( I'm sure you can
empathize!), I had to take a moment to thank you and everyone at Luxury in
Bloom for such a great shopping experience.
From your beautifully designed web site, to your great selection of
arrangements for all occasions, to your attentive customer service and FAST
order processing, you folks have been a pleasure to do business with!
My aunt LOVES her Christmas arrangement and looks forward to enjoying it for
many Christmases to come. BTW, she emailed us photos of her Amaryllis
Candelabrum and it's just as beautiful as it's pictured on your web site.

This note is to let you know that I was very pleased with the level of customer service given with regards to my order on 4/13/2010. The mixed arrangement arrived in a damaged box, and the arrangement was not in perfect condition. I spoke with Richard in C.S. (Customer Service), and he offered to either send a new arrangement or give me a discount on the damaged arrangement. I chose to receive the discount.
This was the first time I ordered from Luxury in Bloom, and because of the positive customer service experience, I intend to order from LiB again.

you only knew what this looked like when I gave it to Julie (from
www.luxuryinbloom.com ) you’d be thinking “OH MY GOD” just like I was when she
brought it to me last night! I had made an amateur attempt at creating an
arrangement in this beautiful glass vase with some flowers. After Julie
delivered a creation I purchased from her web site (see next picture below), I
asked her to take all the eggplant colored silk flowers I had found and my
vase etc. and make it pretty for me. I never would have imagined it could have
turned out SO BEAUTIFUL and UNIQUE! If anyone is in the market for a little
extra something for that room you know needs a kick, … I highly recommend
chatting with Julie on a custom creation!"
